YUIME株式会社（以下「当社」）は、YUIMEスタッフアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

本アプリでは、サービスの提供に必要な範囲で以下の情報を収集します。

収集した情報は、すべて本サービスの運営・管理に直接使用されます。具体的には以下の目的に限定して利用します。

3. カメラの使用

本アプリはカメラへのアクセス権限を要求する場合があります。カメラは、チャットでの画像送信や書類の撮影にのみ使用されます。ユーザーの操作なく自動的に撮影や送信が行われることはありません。

4. 位置情報の使用

本アプリは、勤怠管理および業務分析を目的として、ユーザーが出勤（打刻）している間、位置情報（GPS）を取得します。位置情報を継続的かつ正確に取得するため、これにはアプリがバックグラウンドにある場合や閉じている場合の取得が含まれます。取得した位置情報は、勤務場所の確認、ならびにスタッフの移動および作業効率の分析に利用されます。

退勤後（打刻していない間）は、位置情報を取得しません。位置情報の取得が開始・終了する際にはアプリ内でお知らせし、取得中は端末に常時通知を表示します。位置情報の取得には、ユーザーによる端末の権限許可が必要です。

5. 第三者への提供

当社は、収集した個人情報を第三者に販売することはありません。以下の場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。

収集した情報は、適切な安全管理措置を講じた上で保管されます。不正アクセス、漏洩、改ざんの防止に努めます。

YUIME Inc. ("we", "us") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information in the YUIME Staff App ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to the extent necessary for providing our service.

Account information (email address, name, etc.)
Attendance-related information
Location data (GPS; collected only while clocked in, including collection in the background)
Device information (identifiers necessary for sending notifications)
Images explicitly taken or selected by the user
Communication content via chat

2. How We Use Information

All collected information is used directly for the administration and operation of the service. Specifically, we limit usage to the following purposes.

User authentication and account management
Providing attendance management services
Verifying work location and analyzing staff movement and work efficiency
Communication with support staff
Sending notifications
Service improvement and bug resolution

3. Camera Usage

The App may request camera access permission. The camera is used solely for sending images in chat and capturing documents. No automatic capture or upload occurs without explicit user action.

4. Location Usage

For attendance management and work analysis, the App collects location (GPS) data while the user is clocked in. To collect location continuously and accurately, this includes collection while the App is in the background or closed. The collected location is used to verify the work location and to analyze staff movement and work efficiency.

We do not collect location after the user clocks out (while not clocked in). The App notifies you within the app when location collection starts and stops, and displays a persistent notification on the device while collection is active. Location collection requires your permission via the device's permission settings.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information except in the following cases.

With user consent
As required by law
With service providers to the minimum extent necessary for service operation

6. Data Storage

Collected information is stored with appropriate security measures in place. We take measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, and tampering.
